President Trump is simply a master of communication. Miracles at his command, specified as the end of the Ukrainian war within 24 hours, which is to be utilized to lower oil prices.
Two in one! And all for the good of all mankind. The wizard's wand is everyday for him. So let's look at whether the fresh American president will lower oil prices, as he promises? And immediately spoiler: of course not. For those critically receiving today's political and media production (and P.T. Readers of “Polish Thoughts” surely belong to them) this is obvious. Why? due to the fact that Donald Trump represents the interests of the American oil business. Why would he cut his roots? advanced prices include greater extraction and profits of American oil capital.
However, as strong the American oil business would not be, the global price is determined by OPEC and Saudi Arabia. That's why the $600 billion question. To whom did the fresh president of the planet superpower make his first call? Yes, good intuition, to Saudi throne successor Mohammed bin Salman (shortly referred to as MbS). Have they set down oil prices? Not at all! After a conversation, Riyadh reported that he would “expand investment and trade with the states to $600 billion, even above that amount.” The Saudis know what tigers like most, so they run with gifts, bragging about earlier investments for 770 billion (for illustration – the size of Poland's economy), and expressing their hope that "relationships in Washington will proceed to flourish".
There they are. Donald Trump at the planet economical Forum repeated everything and to the fact that he would ask Saudi Arabia and OPEC to lower oil prices. And here comes the magic wand... due to the fact that this is expected to end the war in Ukraine. But at the same time, he calls MbS – a “fantastic guy” and raises the stake, announcing that “he will ask him to circular up” the amount to a trillion dollars. “I think they will, we are so good to them.”
But what's the telephone call, Riyadh was besides the first capital, visited in 2017 during his first term. It was usually Canada, Mexico, Britain, and abruptly Saudi Arabia. Why? For "they agreed to buy US products worth $450 billion". And "if they buy another 450 – 500 billion, I think I will go there," the president of the United States announced openly.
Donald Trump is compelled by them. Or more specifically, their wealth. During the erstwhile visit, it was dripping from gold and contracts, going into hundreds of billions of dollars. large Saudi investments were besides announced in America. There, the president besides took part in the magical ritual of dancing with swords (Al Ardah), which men erstwhile ritually performed before going to war to show their courage and will to fight. The swords in the hands, drum sounds, rhythmic movements and singing... Donald liked it very much.
The fact that the developing empire of the current president does coconut business in the Gulf region does not even request to be mentioned. Excellent investments in Oman, Emirates, late in Riyadh... And erstwhile Donald's son-in-law, after his first term, sought a occupation for himself, his task with a modest sum of 2 billion dollars, was powered by the Saudi wealth fund. Of course, Americans know that power without money is an empty extortion. And the unfortunate cases of the boy of the erstwhile president in Ukraine only confirm this rule.
Of course, they're didascale. America's large strategical alliances with the Sauds were masterpieces. The first, on the Quincy ship in February 1944, erstwhile president Roosevelt immediately after the Yalta conference, after the division between the victorious powers of our planet region, met with Abdul Aziz ibn Saud, king of Saudi Arabia. The alliance contained on board the destroyer USS Quincy in the Suez Canal, picturesquely referred to by the king as “our religion and your steel”, was reinforced 30 years later with a petrosolar arrangement. America has gained access to the largest oil deposits in the world, undermining the allied dominance of Britain in the region. The Saudis at the strength of American oil companies built their power. This alliance survives until today, Donald Trump fills those layouts with real content, The Saudis receive safety guarantees, even impunity, and the golden rain of petrodollars flows across a wide stream to America to build its power.
But first, you gotta gain those nipples. And you make money selling oil. Is that clear?
