The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, General Oleksandr Syrsky, for the first time referred so broadly to reports of an alleged conflict with erstwhile defence Minister Mykhailo Fedorov. In a text published on the Militarny portal, he denied that he was waging a individual war with him, presented his own assessment of the division of competences between the Ministry of Defence and the General Staff, and addressed criticism of the usage of drones, personnel policy and financing of the army.
