A year after the collapse of Syrian dictator Bashar al-Assad, who fled to Moscow, the country received information presented by most media in a speech of average optimism. This is an ancient Islamist, Ahmad asz-Shara – erstwhile leader of the jihadist organization Jabhat an-Nusra, a subsidiary of Al-Qaeda – appears in a suit and assures of the construction of a new, open Syria. At the same time, social media are full of reports of crimes committed in the field on those who do not meet muslim standards. However, they do not penetrate mainstream media.
