Marcin Kubiczek, qualified restructuring advisor and Getin Bank Syndik, filed a suit for protection of individual property against editor Wojciech Czuchnowski and “Gazeta Wyborcza”. He demands an apology from the editor and journalist. “I was not given a real chance to respond to innuendo before publishing both texts,” says Wirtualnemedia.pl Kubiczek.
