Sybiha in NATO: Ukraine is already almost 40 percent self-sufficient

Ukrainian abroad Minister Andriy Sybiha said Thursday at NATO office in Brussels that Ukraine presently spends 26 percent of its budget on defence and has increased production in the country's defence industry. "We are already almost 40 percent self-sufficient and we can increase these numbers," he assured.
