The title is simply a paraphrase of the article entitled "The Dawn of Better Tomorrow", written by Roman Dmowski in 1930 for the Warsaw Newspaper. Not by accident in the first words I mention to this article, in which Dmowski describes the situation and political climate prevailing among the then Polish youth, and which indirectly can be referred to our modern times, due to what another than the soul of the nation, especially the youngest part of it, is going here?
According to Dmowski, in moments erstwhile black clouds were gathering over our homeland, the top threat to the nation was spiritual destruction, which manifested itself in conceptual decay, hierarchy of values, religion and moral principles:
‘Some were spitting at what was holy to others, any considered the glorious deed of what was a common, gross crime in the eyes of others. What was common in another nations was a substance of honesty, honour, decency, civic duty, in Poland was done with 1 or another organization position. People who talk Polish stopped knowing each another [...]“1.
The next paragraph of the article Dmowski begins with words that, although written almost 100 years ago, sound prophetic and lose nothing on their actuality:
‘This is inactive going on. In 1 respect, he even got worse, or only revealed a brighter evil hidden“2.
In the light of the above, I would like to make a brief mention to the fresh elections, which I would like to introduce here from the organization and the circumstantial social groups involved, largo sesnu the problem of political and social awareness of our nation, especially its younger part.
Why was the past election run so special? due to the fact that for the first time, social media has been utilized on an unprecedented scale, with thousands of graphics, memes, fake news, and manipulations supported by loud and vulgar slogans. During the electoral run crucial to the state and the life of the nation, matters were explained by memes, lying graphic designers, and in worst case by vulgar words to end the discussion and effectively stigmatize the opponent. Programs, theories or arguments have been replaced by grading and escalation of negative emotions. This procedure proved to be effective, as the full inventory repertoire utilized so far by the most fierce leftist circles went widely to the society, especially to those who late obtained electoral rights (according to statistics, it is to date passive, the young generation in large percent went to the urns). The goal of this propaganda stunt was to completely level the opponent's ground and tribal conflict on a level that not only insulted the basic principles of culture but besides morality. During the run duels, popularity has become a mostly accepted “coolness” so far belonging to celebrities, frosted PR and foggy notions of “progress” and “modernity” having nothing to do with intellectual qualities. Not in favour of the programme, but against the candidates.
Sigismund Balicki observed that “generation brought up in an atmosphere of negative feelings he ceases to be able to creative work, gives birth to eternal oppositionists and can live only negative’.
Writing these words, he most likely did not anticipate that more than 100 years later they would mention to most of the Polish society. It is worth asking ourselves whether all political parties work for this result? Licensing for overturning; not allowing for power; withdrawing from power; on a vulgar password coded in respective stars ending with indicating it.
We have reasons for malcontent and pessimism, as you can see, but in the face of the challenges facing us today, can we retreat to defensive positions? On the contrary, by redefining the methods of action to date, we must adapt them to the present-day audience, especially young people who have fallen into the snare of the aforementioned propaganda plays, becoming their slave. It's time for the osnive. So what should we do? In my opinion, we should first of all require, but first of all ourselves.
A fewer years ago, as a prescription for environmental problems, we could usage Dmowski's words: "Those of our friends who are impatient, let them work deeper on their thoughts, on our tasks [...] we are in no hurryBecause what's closer to a national thought like working at the base?
But unfortunately, the anticipation of long-term organic work has passed. Far from political unrest, we must learn to combine cool thought with hot water3 and Accelerated mode to execute titanium work, which will be a laborious climb after a mark set by past generations. I'm not going to describe precisely all thought I have here, just focusing on signaling any issues.
The first 1 I would see at the summit is creativity, which is peculiarly manifested in creating and listing its own concepts and theories, based on erstwhile readings. And here you gotta note – creating not copying due to the fact that “no We want to imitate, but alternatively we want to make a way for others to imitate us. This is our ideological possessivity“4. This is the main tool that will prepare us for political and social activity. Next, I would exchange self-discipline and hierarchy, which are the bricks of our wall, which will make it harder for those who will proceed to push on it. Finally, the initiative is easy to operate on social media and its own closed group, but it is harder to go to a society with which work is the foundation of our thought of working for the nation. Those who remember the 1990s, or a small later 2000-2010 know that in the days erstwhile net media were crawling, activism was a determinant of the thought of creating and value of the activist. Of course, methods are then used
in many cases already obsolete, specified as archaic and non-reflective copying of pre-war works and passwords, but they are inactive a solid foundation of the present action. In view of the past years, let us look at the future without fear.
What gives us the strength and causes even greater sacrifices is based on our Catholic faith: “andWe go to God in a nation and with the aid of a nation. It is simply a large means, leading to a large goal. Working for a nation is the way, leading man to God5.
A fewer years ago, it was possible to theoretically and meditate on the times in which we and our thought would be tested. Now these times have come and require us to sacrifice and to work hard.
Jan Mosdorf wrote
‘I Although we do not yet have a full answer to all the questions we ask ourselves, we know that our shortcomings are more easy met. Children of the storm period learn faster”6.
