Swiss transporter problems. All fleet grounded again

[A fewer weeks ago, Major General Rolf André Siegenthaler](https://www.linkedin.com/feed/update/urn:li:activity:7427005719511461889), serving as head of the Swiss logistics base, announced a temporary ban on the usage of vehicles based on the M113 armored transporter. This marked the grounding of 238 wagons in respective varieties. The reason for this decision was to detect method problems with the side gear that could prevent steering and braking.
