Swirski: the procedure for placing the head of the KRRiT before the Court of State is unlawful

According to KRRiT head Maciej Świrski, in the light of the Constitutional Court's ruling, the procedure for bringing him before the Court of State has no right to proceed. “This is another act of lawlessness of this coalition,” said Swirski to journalists in the Sejm.
