Soldiers of the 10th Świętokrzyska Brigade of Territorial Defence train residents of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship as part of the programme “inGotowości”. Participants took part in barracks of the 101st Light Infantry Battalion on Kielce's Bukovka to take part in a general, voluntary defence training.

During the classes, participants and soldiers implemented the “Safety” module. They gained applicable skills in providing first aid – highly crucial in everyday life. Medical paramedics explained, among others, how to aid a individual who lost consciousness. The students besides practiced circulatory respiration (RKO) and the usage of an AED automatic defibrillator. These are skills that can actually save lives. The classes were workshops, so that each associate could practice all the procedures himself.

Group defence training
The programme's offer besides includes group training for public institutions and companies wishing to prepare their staff for emergency response. Classes shall be of 1 or 2 days nature and may be adapted to the circumstantial characteristics of the organisation. Applications shall be accepted through the notification form.
