Święczkowski demands an apology from the head of the National safety Council. A sharp exchange of views on TK judges

On Thursday, the president of the Constitutional Tribunal, Bogdan Święczkowski, demanded public apology from the Head of KPRM Jan Grabc and withdrawal from the "scandalic words" at his address. The reason for Grabc's statements was that the president of the TK was breaking the law and that the individual blocking the admission of decently elected judges to justice “is a criminal”.
