Bogdan Święczkowski issued a fresh ordinance on the functioning of the Constitutional Tribunal. In it, he stated that Anna Korwin-Piotrowska's letter regarding the organization of the Constitutional Tribunal's work does not have legal effects. At the same time, he announced 4 days off work for the Tribunal's employees. This is another episode of the dispute over the management of the institution.
