The fibre optics are besides mandatory in single-family homes – so the Ministry of Digitization wants

As of 12 February 2026, all fresh and thoroughly renovated single-family homes will should be equipped with a fibre optic installation. The Ministry of Digital Affairs has prepared a draft amendment to the alleged mega-legislature which is to adapt Polish government to the EU GIA Regulation.
