Sweden's Gripen fighter jets are flying little and less

According to the Swedish Armed Forces yearly study for 2022, Saab JAS39 Gripen fighters spent 1,363 hours little in the air than in the erstwhile period. This represents a drop of nearly 12 percent compared to 2021, a serious problem at a time when, according to the same report, “Russian actions represent a breaking point for Swedish and European security.”
