Sweden's ambitious plan: 2% of GDP on defence [COMMENT]

Sweden's government has announced that it is seeking a 28% increase in defence expenditures in next year's budget. This allows Sweden to scope the level of expenditure required by NATO on the armed forces of 2% of GDP in 2024.
