Sebastian M., suspected of causing a tragic accident on A1, in which a three-person household burned, is already in Poland. The man arrived under police escort from the United arabian Emirates in extradition mode.
Extradition of Sebastian M. to the country at the request of Polish authorities was possible thanks to the affirmative decision of the ultimate Court of the United arabian Emirates, which deemed it admissible.
After landing in Warsaw, the man was made available to the prosecution. He spent the night from Monday to Tuesday in the custody of an investigator.
