This time we decided to ask Poles about their belief in the effectiveness of candidates they intend to support in the May elections.
Presidential election. Survey: Poles with hope before the elections
The question answered by those interviewed by the studio SW Research‘,Do you think your presidential candidate will win after winning most of the election promises?"
Poles are rather optimistic and trust that candidates will mostly implement announcements from the presidential campaign. 59 percent of voters believe that.
31.2% of respondents do not believe that the electoral promises will be met.
"I don't have my candidate/I won't vote" — that's a choice of 9.8 percent of respondents.
The poll results can be considered amazing — especially by comparing them to a trust survey for Onetu.
At least interestingly convinced that the candidate they elect will meet their expectations are voters between 25 and 34 years old. 42.1 percent of them said that the implementation of the promises would fail. A small more, due to the fact that 43.4% think it will work.
The difference in approach is besides seen on the basis of gender. It turns out that it is men who are more optimistic about the actions of candidates (61.2% said yes) than women (57.1 percent).

The survey was carried out on 10.02-11.02.2025 by the agency SW investigation by an online interview (CAWI — Computer-Assisted Web Interview) on the SW Panel online panel. As part of the study, 807 surveys were conducted with a nationwide adult sample. Quota selection was applied — the example was typical of the combined distribution of the gender, age and size class of the place of residence.
