In the 4th fourth of last year, sales prices in seventeen major cities increased annually by 10.9% on the primary marketplace and by 11.2% on the secondary market. This is 2.8 and 6.1 percent points lower than in the erstwhile quarter, respectively. Price stableness can besides be observed in the rental market. On average, rental prices in the 7 largest cities increased by 1.5% annually. Is this the end of the price? These more optimistic data were included in the study of the Polish economical Institute "Analysis of the housing marketplace 4th 4th of 2024" and analysis of the situation on the housing marketplace in December 2024.
