SN judges aged 65 may proceed to rule

On 26 November this year, the Constitutional Tribunal set a deadline for a proceeding on the compliance with the law with the basic regulation which refers to the remainder of the ultimate Court judges who were 65 years of age and took office after 1 January 2019. The TK had previously granted a safety and temporarily suspended the application of the contested regulation.
