Supreme Court: Jacek Bilewicz holds the office of Deputy Prosecutor General illegally

Since the prosecutor Jacek Bilewicz did not submit the president's opinion on the appointment of him to the position of Deputy Prosecutor General, it means that he holds this office without appropriate authorization, and so in fact illegally - this is what the ultimate Court in the Chamber of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs has decided.
