Supreme Chamber of Control: PLN 65 million in grants from the Justice Fund for reimbursement

Inefficiencies, embezzlements, the conclusion of fictitious contracts, the payment for goods and services at advanced prices and false statements, stated the NIK controllers, examining the correctness of the spending of grants from the Justice Fund from 2021 to 2020. In 21 cases, the Chamber requested reimbursement of public funds for a full amount of PLN 65 million.
