Supreme Audit Office: PLN 65 million in Justice Fund grants to be returned

Mismanagement, embezzlement, entering into fictitious contracts, paying for goods and services at inflated prices and certifying untruths, NIK inspectors found erstwhile examining the correctness of the spending of grants from the Justice Fund in 2021-2025. In 21 cases, the chamber demanded the return of public funds totalling PLN 65 million.
