In the river at Rybacka Street in Ustka, a suitcase with a 42-year-old man was found. The prosecution confirms that death was not natural – it does not exclude the participation of 3rd parties.
A gruesome discovery in the mouth
On May 7, a random witness spotted a drifting blue suitcase in the river. The unpleasant odor caused him to call the service. After the opening, it was revealed that there was a body of a man in advanced decay inside.

The autopsy conducted on 8 May at the Department of Judicial medicine GUMed confirmed that the deceased was a 42-year-old Utka resident who was reported missing on 8 January 2025.
"The death of the victim, according to the preliminary opinion of the experts, was not due to natural causes. 3rd organization participation is not excluded’ – said Proc. Natalia Gawrych, Head of the territory Attorney's Office in Słupsk.
Murder investigation
Although the investigation was initiated initially on manslaughter (Article 155 kk), the prosecution does not exclude any version.
‘It is conducted widely. household members have already been interviewed, but no 1 has been detained for the time being” added the prosecutor.
Investigators analyse the circumstances of a man's death, but the details of the proceedings stay confidential.
