Very frequently my grant applications, whether in Poland or Europe, have specified a result:
"A fantastic idea, a large applicant, a task that is highly crucial for Europe. Place ranked 23 out of 250. Unqualified for backing for deficiency of resources".
The backing in this example hand is only 12 projects, or about 5% of the proposals submitted. (typical success rate currently).
Does that make sense?
There isn't one!
Why is this issue not discussed in the media?
I pledge that this is simply a substance more crucial than 90% of the things that are rolled on TVN24 or another news stations.
