Sukhoi Su-30 was born as an aircraft based on a two-seater, training and combat version of the successful Su-27 air superiority aircraft. Due to its dimensions and method characteristics, it was considered that this device would besides play a different role. Paradoxically, it was not initially thought of creating a multirole aircraft in this way, but a flying command point being at the same time a specialized interceptor fighter. The second associate of the device was to guide MiG-31 interceptor fighters on targets, in contrast to which the alleged Su-27PU (“command point” or “command point”) was expected to have greater flight life achieved through the usage of an airborne refueling probe. In a planet where the USSR would not have fallen, the household of descendants of the Su-27 would most likely consist of: an interceptor fighter (Su-30), an on-board fighter (Su-33), a front-line bomber (Su-34) and a more advanced air superiority aircraft (Su-35 or Su-37).
