Every hunting accident will be utilized by anti-hunting organizations to persuade politicians to break the Constitution and introduce periodic investigation for hunters.
Under the Arms and Ammunition Act, only persons with weapons to defend life and property are required to bring a wellness certificate to the police all 5 years. Anti-Hailour organizations and a number of politicians after the fresh tragic accident return to the subject, due to the fact that NRŁ president Marcin Możdźnek, while giving interviews, is incapable to make our arguments clear.
Hunters are not afraid of research! If Parliament decides that periodic investigation is to be carried out by all weapon users, i.e. in addition to us besides by police officers, soldiers, athletes and collectors, then we will examine each other. However, if politicians decide that only our group should be investigated, it will be an effort to stigmatize and a clear breach of the Constitution.
‘Green’ Kaczyński

Only at the end of 2022 did Minister Edward Siarka manage to convince Deputy Prime Minister Henryk Kowalczyk (then Minister of Agriculture) and Minister of the Interior of Mariusz Kamiński, that there are only a fewer 100 doctors – with powers – and they have no chance to examine all hunters in specified a short time. The police would be forced by anyone who fails to deliver the appropriate certificate within the prescribed time limit to collect the weapon permit. As a result, there would be no 1 to execute a chaotic boar wellness shoot, defend crops from damage, and besides pay compensation.
This argument convinced ministers who went to Jarosław Kaczyński and persuaded him to throw out the work of periodic investigation – before it entered into force. If PiS had not done so, we would have had a complete paralysis of the fight against African swine fever and heavy angry farmers, which would have had a disastrous impact on the "unified right" during the upcoming parliamentary elections. Hunters lie
"Working for All Beings" spreads lies on social media: "Enough of the tragedy of people who die due to the deficiency of verification of the wellness of hunters. In particular, hunters are presently the only civilian group to usage firearms widely and in public places that is exempt from compulsory, periodic research. This is simply a serious threat to public safety and hunters themselves."
Two sentences and 2 lies! Firstly, no accident in the last decade has been caused by the "lack of verification of huntsman health" They were all the consequence of breaking the rules of safe use!
Two! Vegans are full aware that the lie is to claim that only hunters are not subject to research. In addition to those who have a licence for combat weapons, NOBODY undergoes periodic medical and intellectual examinations. Therefore, this time, in their twisted argument, there is simply a comment about civilian groups utilizing firearms in public places to not decision policemen, soldiers, athletes and collectors.
"Crossing the throat" of the coalition
I am not a proponent of conspiracy theories, but by carefully reading the entries of our opponents I see in them a large disapproval for the current ruling coalition. Vegans already know there will be no "social forests", hunters will proceed to shoot ducks, and the Lower Oder National Park will stay a large unfulfilled promise...
In the act of revenge, would they want to “slash the throat” of the coalition. If they persuade the ruling camp to change this, then president Nawrocki can plant Donald Tusk's leg and sign the bill, due to the fact that this time we will not get 5 years of transition – most likely just a fewer months – so in the election year we will not watch the fields, estimation harm and pay compensation. It is simply a large thought for the full village to vote for a “unified right” which will, of course, promise that after coming to power it will expel investigation from the bill and reconstruct normality...
I full realize that journalists, politicians and citizens of cities may fear hunters. They never met us on their way, so they fear to support the thought of entering a periodic investigation order into the bill. I do not realize them that they do not see a problem in the “untested” police officers we meet all day, and they have a very stressful job, carry a weapon and can apply means of direct coercion...
