Defense and Dual-use Investment region to Defence Sector

Since July 2025, entrepreneurs who manufacture or plan to manufacture: weapons, ammunition or explosives, as well as companies from industries supporting the defence sector, can get the Decision on Support within the Polish Investment region – i.e. Kostrzynsko-Słubice peculiar economical Zone. The main advantage is the exemption from the CIT/PIT taxation – up to 60% of the investment costs in the K-S SEZ area (depending on the location and size of the company).
