The Marshal's defender will check the sobriety of MPs?

A group of Polish MPs 2050, among them the Marshal of the Sejm Szymon Hołownia, prepared a task establishing that the Marshal's defender would be entitled to examine the MP and Senator with a breathalyst. The proposal for changes to the government is an expression, as we read, of loud cases of "parliamentary participation in proceedings in a state indicating alcohol consumption".
