Members of the Law and Justice have announced that a announcement should be submitted to the D.A. against Minister of Justice Waldemar Żurk. They accuse him of exceeding his powers in connection with the dismissal of the Presidents and Vice-Presidents of the courts. The case is controversial in the legal and political environment.
