- People who break the court ban (driving - ed.) will be severely punished and will feel the changes we propose the most. The draft of the fresh law has already been prepared - said Deputy Minister of Justice Arkadiusz Myrcha. He emphasized that the tragic accident from a fewer days ago, caused by a driver who was banned from driving, is another proof that changes to road traffic regulations are necessary.
