Stop corrupting Polish children! Open letter – call for mandatory blocking
"Health Education" and the Restoration of household Education
Minister,
in connection with the Minister's media announcements to introduce from 1 September 2026. compulsory “Health Education”, we request respect for the rights of Polish parents and remind us:
- Constitution of Poland Article 48(1) and Article 53(3) expressly warrant the right of parents to rise their children according to their own beliefs and the right to guarantee that they are taught morally and religiously in accordance with those beliefs. Despite the tremendous promotional action of the ministry and its subordinate agendas, the vast majority of parents negatively assessed the programme basis for "Health Education" and refused to accept the participation of children in these classes. Parents only 30 percent of Polish students decided to participate their children in these classes. This means that "Health education" in its current form is in gross contradiction with the strategy of values and beliefs of the overwhelming majority of parents of school-aged children.
- President Karol Nawrocki on 18 December 2025 vetoed the amendment of the Education Law, justifying the decision to hazard organizational chaos, ideology of education and "experiment on full children's yearbooks".
- Parents express legitimate concerns about MEN manipulating the content of the software base. The Ministry announced that the programme should be adapted to the expectations of parents. Unfortunately, by observing the arrogance of the left for years, we have reasonable grounds to believe that the most controversial content (e.g. regarding sexual orientation, sex identity and alleged transit) will be hidden behind generals or transferred from the block of "sexual health" to, for example, the block of "social health". specified treatments can put parents' vigilance at ease and mislead them, which would be a drastic violation of constitutional parental rights.
- The Ministry of National Education wants in practice to introduce kind B sexual education to Polish schools (according to the American Academy of Pediatrics classification) – a permissive model, implemented in the West for respective decades, the effects of which for the young generation are dramatic.
- The percent of 15-year-old girls who started sexual activity is in Germany, Sweden and the United Kingdom twice as advanced as in Poland (data: HBSC).
- Education Sex has not reduced abortion - On the contrary. In Sweden, young women under the age of 20 3 times more decide to have an abortion alternatively than to have a kid (data: Eurostat, WHO).
- In western Europe, sexual education countries with programmes close to “Health Education” are experiencing an epidemic of sexually transmitted diseases. While in Poland there are statistically 1.5 cases of gonorrhea per 100,000 inhabitants, in the UK it is over 116. In the case of chlamydiosis, it is 1.4 cases in Poland and 388 in the UK (data: ECDC).
After twenty-five years of optional “Bringing up for life in the family”, it is in Poland that we have the latest age of sexual initiation, the lowest number of abortions and the lowest rate of sexually transmitted diseases. Therefore, we request that this item be restored to the programming basis. Sexual education must be built on a foundation of values specified as respect for life and a liable approach to human relationships. It cannot reduce human sexuality to the biological sphere.
We do not agree to the organization demoralization of children and young people through the removal of sex issues from the context of matrimony and family. This is antisocial and exacerbating the dramatic demographic crisis.
