On Wednesday, April 12 Polish citizens organized a picket in front of the Ministry of Justice, during which by name they listed co-responsibles for humanitarian disaster on the border with Belarus. Another individual is accused of insulting the service," says Kajetan Wróblewski, 1 of the picketers. “The situation lasts almost 2 years, we are utilized to it, and people are dying there, so we effort to remind ourselves of it. There are not only the rights of refugees, but besides our rights," he adds.

Janusz Polowczyk, Citizens of the Republic of Poland: – For more than 18 months there has been a humanitarian crisis at the border of Poland and Belarus. The human drama of the Polish state responds to the primitive force, penalisation of aid measures, building a wall and obstructing access to information. In September 2021, 2 constitutionally breaking papers were introduced: a resolution on the state of emergency and following it the amendment of the Border Protection Act. Both of these acts service 1 thing—hidden traces of crime. Agnieszka Holland spoke about this at the time, and late Janina Ochojska spoke about it.

In mid-March, Minister of Justice – lawyer General Zbigniew Ziobro ordered the prosecution to initiate criminal proceedings against Janina Ochojska in connection with her public statements concerning the co-responsibility of Polish authorities for humanitarian disaster on the Polish-Belarusian border.
– We are here, as in January 2022 – jointly and severally with Janina Ochojska, jointly and severally with all individual who speaks loudly about what is happening on the Polish-Belarusian border – said Ewa Trojanowska at the same picket in Wrocław. – The voice of public people is heard, it reaches wide. For this we thank Janina Ochojska, Piotr Maslak, who was "punished without conviction" in early April by the Sokolka court. We thank everyone who does not let crime to normalize. We say you are our voice!

– Months pass and there is no chance to change the situation – said Janusz Polowicz. He emphasized: "We are here to categorically, under the seat of the lawyer General, request the detention and settlement of crimes on the Belarusian border.
Ewa Trojanowska: – We are here to make our voice – average citizens and citizens heard. In order to yet lead to open court trials, on which the fact about crimes on the Polish-Belarusian border is heard.
