– We have large experience as Poland in customs matters. We have a land border, a maritime border with 3rd countries, a very experienced customs administration to support specified an office. We already have Frontex, who is liable for safety in terms of the movement of people. EUCA will be liable for the movement and safety of goods. We would like to make a hub of border safety in Warsaw, connect these 2 agencies, exploit the synergies that may arise between them, so that the European Union, our citizens, can be safer, and companies can make better," emphasized Kamila Gasiuk-Pihowicz.
