STOART scandal: did the Ministry of Culture block the referral of the case to the CBA?

The Ministry of Culture has suspended the authorities of STOART, an organization of performing artists that paid over PLN 50 million in royalties in 2023. The authorities talk of an attempted hostile takeover, fighting corruption and blocking the referral of the case to the Central Anticorruption Bureau.
