STOART: Did the Ministry of Culture block referral to CBA?

The Ministry of Culture suspended the authorities of STOART, an artist-executor organization, which paid over PLN 50 million in royalties in 2023. Authorities are talking about an effort at hostile takeover, combating corruption and blocking the referral to the CBA.
