The Polish Ministry of abroad Affairs informed on Friday that "the Polish Consul in Israel met with 3 Polish citizens detained on board flotilla ships flowing to the Gaza Strip". Among them is the mentioned MP, Mr Franciszek Sterczewski. "Our citizens are safe, healthy, have the anticipation of legal and medical consultation," added the press release.

Our ministry besides announced that Polish citizens were offered the chance to usage the accelerated procedure of leaving Israel and returning to Poland today.
"The Ambassador of Israel assured that Israel wanted to deport all detainees as shortly as possible, but this requires the consent of the detainees themselves. Everyone refused to sign a declaration of voluntary deportation. This means that they will now be waiting for the trial before the court of Israel," explained the Ministry of abroad Affairs.
The Polish Consul remains in contact with the detainees. "The Ministry will supply the detainees with consular assistance throughout the proceedings," we read.
Let us remind that on Wednesday the Polish flotilla account in social media released a recording that Franciszek Sterczewski had previously recorded.
"If you see this video, it means that I was kidnapped by Israel's occupying forces in global waters during a peaceful humanitarian mission of the Global Sumud Fleet," he said.
The U.S. is waiting for Hamas' decision on the war with Israel
Importantly, president Donald Trump put Hamas ultimatum on Friday on his peace plan for the Gaza Strip. He announced that if by Sunday a terrorist organization would not agree to the proposal, "a hell like the planet has never seen will break loose."
Trump has been waiting Monday for Hamas' authoritative consequence on a 20-point plan which he announced together with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanjah in the White House. The day after the announcement of the plan, he announced that he would give Hamas 3–4 days to take the position, as described by CNN.
Netanjahu confirmed during a joint press conference that Israel had accepted the framework of the agreement – the intention of ending the war, the release of hostages and the plan to rebuild the destroyed Gaza. So far, Hamas has not provided a clear answer. The group consults with mediators from Qatar and Egypt.
