Start of F-35B Lightning II trials on JS Kaga

On October 20, in waters off the U.S. state of California, certification trials were initiated with the usage of Lockheed Martin F-35B Lightning II short takeoff and vertical landing multi-role combat aircraft on the nipponese JS Kaga chopper destroyer.
