This is not the time to lift sanctions on Russia, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer declared after Thursday's summit of Ukraine's allied countries, held in Paris with the participation of representatives of EU and NATO countries. Along with Starmer, Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelenski met with journalists.
