“Sire, the proletariat is storming”, warned the poet, writing about the coming overturn. Unfortunately, poets' warnings are frequently ignored – as Agnieszka Osiecka reminds us in a sentimental song; where we hear about geese who “walk crowdedly in the last sleepy counter-edans, like fat duchesses who proudly greeted the coup erstwhile it became” – due to the fact that then – as we remember – it was worse: “gooses are all after judgment; they will not get carols. Head cut off with a teardrop in the eye... and so on."

President Nawrocki has not taken specified drastic measures, despite legitimate suspicions of a conspiracy against the state, but has only refused to sign the promotion. Of course, that's very good of him – but does he have any legal argument to justify his actions? There are many. First of all, the rotation of the presidential oath includes the standing on the defender of the constitution – even if Judenrat or acidivores do not like it. And secondly, does the president gotta sign anything that citizen Tusk Donald has to sign or will Żurek Waldemar sign?

If so, it would mean that the president is in a worse legal position than a average citizen – due to the fact that he does not request to sign anything if he does not want to. However, even in the name of the rule of equality between citizens and the law, the situation of the president cannot be worse.
