"Officers from well-known troops and volunteers increasingly publically complain of any commanders demanding their cancellation. There's a crisis in the army. But the problem is not limited to 1 brigade, even defending 1 of the most crucial episodes. Since the beginning of July, there have been public accusations against 3 another commanders of large units. The first began a soldier of the 14th Serhij Sternenko Brigade, who addressed the president with a complaint against the fresh commander, through whom orders rapidly increased casualties in the unit. This is the axiom of this war: elder officers are massively incapable or refusing to measure objectively the capabilities of soldiers under their command. As a result, they put fantastic tasks ahead of them.
