There is no uncertainty that the period from January to March 2022 was for Lex Super Omnia's educational squad sometimes intense work and increased activity. In addition to the flagship educational programs, i.e. “From Applicator to Independent Prosecutor” and thematic lectures conducted by our prosecutors, which are already known throughout the nationwide academic community, we have started the implementation of fresh projects. fresh in the educational offer of our association is the program addressed to the students of the universities of the 3rd century "Seniors and Prosecutors", the inauguration of which took place in early March 2022. Moreover, the programme of professional training organised for members of our association, which was inaugurated by prof. Hanna Paluszkiewicz with the lecture “Preparatory meeting”.

At the same time, members of Lex Super Omnia took part in many educational events at the invitation of pro-democratic NGOs, associations and universities, which we are highly pleased with and proves that we are continuing to grow our work in the field of legal education.

The project, "From Applicator to Independent Prosecutor" between January and March 2022 was carried out as part of lectures and lectures at the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn, at SWPS in Poznań and Wrocław, at the University of Szczeciński, at UMCS in Lublin and for the ELSA Association branch in Szczecin. Academic youth is keenly curious in issues covering applicable aspects of the execution of the prosecutor's work, hence these meetings are highly popular among young adepts of the legal tap.

The prosecutors from our squad have besides managed to carry out many thematic lectures that have been permanently included in our educational offer. At the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn, we talked to students about "Defence essential and state of higher necessity as examples of the exclusion of illegality of action.’ O’Relations between European Union law and Polish law and division of cognition between the Court of Justice and the Constitutional Court in the light of the latest case law of Polish and EU courts” Our typical spoke with SWPS academic youth in Warsaw. Almost permanent cooperation in the educational field we can talk about the University of Gdańsk, whose students participated in lectures entitled “Suicide and a Fake Crime‘, ‘Methods of detection of lies and emotions and the importance of hearings erstwhile assessing the reliability of testimony” and “Sensitivity and effectiveness – prosecution practice sexual offences in the light of the protection of victims' rights and rights of defenceIt’s okay. ”

Lecture on this "Can a criminal outside Poland feel unpunished? About global searches, Interpol and Extradition and ENA.” students of the Jagiellonian University, who were besides participants of the lecture, were able to listen.Sensitivity and effectiveness – prosecution practicesexual offences in the light of the protection of victims' rights and rights of defence’ and"Cryptowaluty – legal aspects, regulations and subject substance of the crime".

We are inactive developing our cooperation with UMCS in Lublin, where our prosecutors conducted lectures on “Arts of the Fail” and “Cryptovalut in legal aspects, regulations and the subject substance of the crime". For ELSA in Lublin, we conducted a lecture on "Eavesdropping and operational control in the Polish process".

We gave a lecture on “Psychological Profile in the Work of the Prosecutor” for students of the SWPS Legal ellipse in Warsaw.

However, we are most pleased with the success of the "youngest child" educational squad Lex Super Omnia, the program "Seniors and prosecutors", which started in early March 2022 and is aimed at the listeners of the universities of the 3rd century. Firstly, we noted with joy the fact that so many members of our association were active in the implementation of this project, and secondly, even in the deepest dreams, we did not anticipate the program to be so popular. With our active seniors and seniors, we talk not only about the profession of prosecutor in the context of the task of law enforcement and criminal prosecution, but besides about intellectual mechanisms for the impact of offenders on the victims, about the possibilities of criminal trial for victims, about how to aid the victim and about the anticipation of acting as prosecutor under civilian and administrative law. In March only, our prosecutors gave lectures for universities of the 3rd century in Czarnków, Warsaw, Krakow, Milanówek, Lubartów, Jarosław, Podków Leśna, Jelenia Góra, Góra Kalwaria and Nowohucka Seniora Academy. The agenda of subsequent meetings is filled immediately from here the aid of all prosecutors and prosecutors of our association who have volunteered to conduct lectures at universities of the 3rd century is invaluable.

We proceed to participate actively in projects of another pro-democratic organisations and associations. Our prosecutors took part in the monthly broadcasts of the Defensor Iuris Association "Let's talk about the criminal trial", where this time the subject of the discussion was issues specified as "The Poisoned Fruit in Evidence Law", "Is the defence in the Polish criminal trial a fiction?" and "Is there a fair punishment?".

Our typical besides participated in the educational task of Prof. Adam Bodnar "Legal Circle". This is simply a series of open-line events aimed at young people, in which representatives of different legal professions answer questions about the manner and conditions in which they exercise the profession of judge, lawyer or prosecutor.

As part of the 17th edition of the National Law Practice Days at the invitation of ELSA branch in Rzeszów and the branch in Szczecin we conducted lectures entitled “The Work of the Prosecutor, Everything You request to Know About It” and “The function of the Prosecutor in the Preparation Procedure – Case Study”. Educational contacts with ELSA are a reason for us to be peculiarly arrogant and we appreciate the fact that it was from cooperation with this association that the Lex Super Omnia educational squad began.

We besides very much welcome the expanding number of projects to which we are invited by the local government. specified cooperation resulted in an invitation to participate in a conference organised by the Chief Bar Council on "Incapacitation and Human Rights", where our typical discussed the problematic issues of the incapacitation procedure from the point of view of the prosecutor's work and the solutions that apply in another European countries. besides at the invitation of the ultimate Bar Council, our Association was co-organiser of the debate under the “Boundary Lawyers” task entitled “Can humanitarian aid be a crime?” The debate was peculiarly crucial in the face of the Polish-Belarusian humanitarian crisis on the border, and so the voice of our typical as an active prosecutor was truly crucial in this matter.

We besides took part in the conference “Health and Life of Poles after 20 October 2020”, where in the legal panel alongside specified panelists and guests as Prof. Adam Bodnar, justice Joanna Hetnarowicz-Sikora, met. Michał Bukowiński, met. Marek Kanawka, met. Monika Gąsiorowska besides attended the typical of Lex Super Omnia.

We have months of further intense work ahead of us. In conclusion, however, in the first 4th of 2022, we must emphasise the fact that we have been highly pleased to see the engagement of members of our association in the implementation of the task "Seniors and Prosecutors". Activation in this area enjoys double in the face of specified a large interest of third-century university listeners with our lectures. Therefore, we thank you warmly for your work and commitment. We are facing further tasks in the implementation of our educational projects, which we will inform in the next reports.
