The Ministry of abroad Affairs asked the president of the PCW to dismiss the function of election commissioner of judges who actively supported the selection of judges for the neo-KRS and participated in the nomination procedure. These actions were contrary to the ethos of the justice and undermined the independency of the judiciary, as pointed out by the Minister of Justice.
