Sport and Cooperatives – the strength of local communities

Sport in Poland develops in both large stadiums and local clubs. In smaller centres, cooperative clubs and sports associations play a key function in access to training, infrastructure or youth activities. In the year of cooperatives, it is worth looking at athletics through the prism of community, cooperation and solidarity – values that are the foundation of the cooperative model.
