A dispute over arms spending in the UK

In the UK, there is no end to the dispute over arms spending. On the 1 hand, the Ministry of the Treasury calls on the Ministry of Defence to save £3.5 billion, on the another hand, the Minister of Defence calls for "an increase and acceleration of spending".
