The Ombudsman’s Office receives more and more complaints about disputes on the line of landlords/rentee. any of them relate to situations where, as the owners indicate, tenants are to usage the rules on the protection of the rights of tenants in a way that impedes or blocks eviction. The case was informed by the Ombudsman Marcin Wiązek in an interview with “Rzeczpospolita”.
