Look in the mirror

Dear liberal journalists, lawyers, commentators, adherents of European Standards and the regulation of law (such as you understand)... Imagine that in 2017 under the regulation of the Law and Justice, the Minister of Justice presents in the Sejm a bill on the ultimate Court (as Minister Żurek today) about the KRS) – so that the first president of SN Małgorzata Gersdorf and another representatives of the management of the SN (as is the leadership of the KRS today)) – and at the same time, on the orders of the same minister of justice, prosecutors in as many as a fewer twelve police officers storm into the ultimate Court, crowbars break the door down, drills smash armored cabinets, take papers – for example, under the pretext of any disciplinary action. In fact – to submit to political power 1 of the last institutions that remains independent from this power. Then imagine how you would react. How many complaints to the European Commission, the Venice Commission, the ETPCzn, the Hague Court would already be written. How many appeals to impose financial sanctions on Poland. Now look in the mirror – and tell yourselves why you're either silent present or even this attack on the KRS You justify.
