Spirit AeroSystems returns to Boeing, but Airbus takes over the civilian department

The situation of the American airline has been clarified. Boeing decided to take over it (again, after separating it 20 years earlier) for about $5 billion, and Airbus would buy back part of the civilian production of this group to save its A350 aircraft production program.
