Prof. Małgorzata Manowska was asked on Radio ZET air, among others, about the conduct of the survey of electoral protests that were sent to SN. She admitted that most of them were ready-made forms prepared by politicians and lawyers associated with the power camp.
She besides said she had concerns about the possible disruption of the process of processing these papers and introduced Special safety measures at the ultimate Court.
President of SN: I have a work to anticipate everything
The lead asked his guest if there was a threat that the SN would not be able to process the electoral protests by July 2. Manowska replied that "just any extraordinary circumstances, the kind of assassination or imprisonment of judges could origin these protests to not be dealt with in time."

Manowska: Most of the protests are “Hungarian”
Manowska admitted that About 50,000 protests were received in the SN elections. She added that there might be more.
– This number has already exceeded 50 thousand, but we are inactive waiting for information from the Polish Post Office, whether something else will come to the SN – she explained.

– Out of these "giertychówki" which have entered the SN, a very large number – respective 1000 protests – has PESEL MP Giertych, due to the fact that people could not even compose their PESEL. A protest that is affected by this kind of defect will be left undetected – mentioned the president of SN.

– If you have 50,000 procedural papers coming in within a fewer days, imagine this process organizationally and technically. We request to open, read, stamp, registry in the strategy and release further for evaluation – described the interviewer Rymanowski.
