Prosecutor General Adam Bodnar has appointed an investigative squad in the National Prosecutor's Office to analyse irregularities in the functioning of the Smolensk subcommittee in the years 2016-2023. It will deal with the notifications submitted by the Ministry of National defence and the study on the work of the squad assessing the activities of Antoni Macierewicz's subcommittee.
