On October 13, the Spanish media reported that the Spanish government had decided to transfer Ukraine's first elements of the MIM-23 Hawk anti-aircraft system. The decision is, among another things, the aftermath of the last summit of states supporting Ukraine, as well as the last rocket attacks on Ukrainian cities.
