Spanish approve acquisition of Lockheed helicopters Martin MH-60R Seahawk

On 2 May, the Spanish Government reported that the Council of Ministers approved the acquisition of 8 Lockheed Martin MH-60R Seahawk multi-purpose on-board helicopters. Their acquisition is expected to cost around EUR 820.5 million and let the process of replacing the presently utilized SH-60B Seahawk.
