POPiSU governments officially support RES, but they are so inept or stupid that they have not even begun to solve this problem, if they really know about it. Currently, according to what I have heard, there is no state-certified electronics control strategy connecting RES to the network in Poland. In addition, PSE is liable for stabilising the network and the RES connections are made to a distribution network controlled by lower-level companies.

I wonder if it was different in Spain that their network threw out during the RES week and moving 100% (by media headers) to RES sources?
