South Africa, Russia and China on joint military manoeuvres [OPINION]

South African authorities, not heed by the criticism of many Western states, defend the thought of carrying out military maneuvers with Russians and Chinese on the eve of the symbolic anniversary of the Kremlin's start of aggression against Ukraine (24 February). It is essential to consider what is motivated by this attitude of this African country, as well as what strategical interests of the PRC and Russia lie in this kind of cooperation. As well as whether we are dealing with a real consolidation of a fresh quality in global relations, which is being created, for example, by channels of pro-Russian and anti-Western propaganda.
